I would also be interested in collaborating. I’ve been reading your posts ever since I joined Substack.

One idea could be to explore tech leadership through our different lenses (I think we have different backgrounds in this regard).

This is when I wish I'm actually a tech lead or some sorts! Then I can legitimately reach out for a guest post 😆

No problem. You have created some very insightful posts about your learning journey. I'd love to have one of them as my guest post :)

Jenny, you are solopreneur. That’s also tech leadership, just without the team leading part 😉. Could also be an interesting take on it

Wow, this is a great initiative!

My writing is already mostly targeted to those who are new to tech leadership, so I would love to write a guest post on handling the expectations in the transition from software engineer to tech lead, if you think that can work out for you too.

This is an amazing initiative. 🤩

I am interested in writing a guest post. I write about software engineering mastery, productivity, and well-being, which seem to intersect with your ideal topics. 😊

Also, this would be a new experience for me.

Indeed, I look at guest posts as a win-win for everyone.

1. They are great to share the specific knowledge and context from another amazing professional.

2. You build a good relationship while working together on it.

3. Readers can learn from diverse people and their point of views!
